L’imprimerie invites you to discover the research co-created by Caroline Boileau and Adeline Rognon during their artist residency. Under the title Corps rêvés, corps vécus, (“Bodies Dreamed, Bodies Lived”) they explore the relationship between body and memory through paper, experimenting with various forms such as binding, sculptural books, and 3D folding. To complement this presentation, a workshop will enable participants to explore various pop-up-inspired paper construction techniques. No previous experience is required, although familiarity with folding may be an asset.
L’imprimerie, centre d’artistes, is a production space dedicated to printmaking and photography. The activity will take place in French. The research presentation is open to the general public, while the practical workshop is intended primarily for L’imprimerie members, with a registration fee. L’imprimerie is wheelchair accessible.
